Use & Care

• Use: Your knives will return extremely sharp. If you’ve been working with a dull edge, you may be used to applying extra pressure or “muscling” cuts—adjust your technique and let the blade do the work. Cut away from your hands, keep fingers clear of the edge, and use a stable cutting surface.
• Care: Maintain your edge with proper storage (sheath, block, or magnetic strip) and avoid scraping the edge on hard surfaces. For best longevity, use appropriate cutting boards (wood or plastic), hand-wash and dry promptly, and touch up with a honing rod or strop as needed between sharpenings.
